We have worked with Patricia the past couple years trying to find our forever home. (it took us so long only because I am picky hehe) ....and we did! she made the stressful process feel extremely comforting and easy to follow. I knew I could rely on her to get everything done in a timely manner ...she would even keep in touch if she was out of town. She also helped us find renters for our previous home and made that process smooth and successful too. I will definitely be referring friends and family to her. Less Response from Patricia Hespel on 08/07/2014 We have combed through so many homes, and I know the right one is hard to find! I won't give up! ;) See you soon.

We took an absurd amount of time to find a place that we could truly call home and Patricia was with us every step of the way with patience, kindness, and wonderful advice. She never once allowed us to feel as if we were putting her out, although I am certain we were, on our many months/many showings quest for the perfect place. It is clear and apparent Patricia's priority is to find you, the buyer, your dream home. Our sale process has gone off without a hitch because of Patricia's expertise and negotiation skills. We will never use another realtor. She has many times gone above and beyond for us and we could not be happier with her!
