Patty’s passion for real estate began when she and her husband purchased their first home - a fixer-upper! She obtained her real estate license in 2006 so that she could share her hard-earned expertise with others and help them fulfill their real estate dreams. She is very responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and put your best interests first!

She truly enjoys assisting all types of real estate investments such as first-time home buyers navigating the real estate market or looking to upgrade their starter home, families looking to sell their existing home and find a new home, farm/equine properties, investors seeking a property to renovate, rental and property management, and short sales and foreclosure experience.
