Patty was amazing. She was present and prepared at every step of the process. She was available by phone or email, responding right away whenever we had questions or concerns (which was often!). She is well liked by us, and the other professionals in the business that we encountered, due to her enthusiasm and strong work ethic. Having Patty Mayo as my realtor was the best choice I ever made. I was nervous and had a lot of anxiety selling my home. We are so happy with our choice to work with Patty on the sale of our home. She has gone above and beyond in every way possible. We had countless potential buyers, buyers realtors, lawyers and more comment about how incredible working with Patty was for them as well.

Patty is warm, kind, enthusiastic, and a pleasure to be around. She sold our home in less than a week, and we never even needed a for sale sign.

We trusted her to come and go as needed, she was there even when we couldn't be. She even fed our dogs a few times when she was over at dinner time and we weren't home!

We just finished closing yesterday, and to top it off, as a thank you for working with her, she made a donation in our name to the dog rescue we rescued our puppy from.
