After a career in mortgage banking spanning back to 2001, I was ready for my next challenge. The downturn of 2008 saw me considering the road ahead and the my options. Intrigued by real estate and the opportunity to become my own boss, I decided to make the leap. I really hit the ground running because I believed in myself. Now, with more than a decade of experience and insight, I am agent of note, complete with a reputation for integrity, communication, and a personal touch. I spearhead my work solo under the banner of AZ Premier Realty Homes & Land LLC, serving clients across Maricopa County’s western sphere, particularly in my home area of the Sun Cities. My business is driven by repeat and referral clientele that trust my transparency, experience, and proven track record of results. The service I provide keeps my clients happy, and I really do my best to keep in touch and grow relationships. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have made longstanding connections with area retirement communities and senior enclaves, where my knowledge of the region and the process of downsizing and retirement set me apart. I really like the process of communicating with my clients and over the course of the transaction, we tend to get really attached to each other. That’s why I love working with people. I enjoy working hard and communicating, which is why real estate is the perfect job for me. Listings comprise a majority of my real estate work. I ensure all listing campaigns are fully maximized, beginning with creative staging, professional photography, virtual tours, aerial footage for specialty properties, and twilight shoots to showcase the desert’s natural splendor. From there, listings are leveraged across a range of online listing platforms and social media outlets, while also benefitting from neighbor- hood-level buzz through open houses. In fact, it’s through these in-person meet-and-greets that I meet many buyers and future clients. I close roughly $15-million a year in volume. Likewise, considering my past experience in the mortgage field, I serve as a trove of knowledge for both buyers and sellers alike, offering a holistic view of the transactional process. All in all, my tagline speaks volumes: “Your Advisor. Your Friend. Your Realtor.” I also enjoy mentoring up and coming agents within my office as they climb the ranks of the industry. As for the future, I intend to keep my momentum going strong as I continue to grow my business and build community. I want to keep doing what I’m doing, because I love what I do.
