Patty helped me find my forever home in Tennessee and I couldn’t be happier!! She was awesome to work with and paid great attention to what I wanted and delivered with many options/homes to see. We spent a bunch of time prepping for my house hunting trip to TN and she nailed it for me!! Made an offer on my home with her guidance after two days of looking at homes and got an accepted offer on my first choice! She also connected me with all the right people for a home loan, title company, etc…
