Patricia Plumstead

Patricia Plumstead has been a licensed Florida realtor since 2006. She specializes in Solivita New Home Sales, Resale Homes, and Home Rentals. Pat, originally from NJ, came to Solivita in 2001 after a successful career in computerized accounting/distribution and light manufacturing systems in the tri-state area. In 2008, she along with the broker of Avatar Holdings, Inc., opened Avatar Lifestyle Homes, a Resale and Rental Office located in the Solivita Welcome Center. In 2011 Pat moved to Weichert Realtors where she was an award-winning agent. For the past two years, Pat has focused on Selling Solivita Properties and, with her attention to detail, Pat has successfully helped many buyers and sellers to find their Happy Place in Solivita.
