In addition, she has been involved with not-for-profit organizations such as the Florida Breast Cancer Resource Network and the Wellness Community as a fundraiser and event planner.

Pattie provided excellent advice and counsel during the selling process. She was constantly checking comparable sales and listings to ensure we were asking a realistic price for our condo. She is also cognizant of the latest real estate developments and communicated important matters to us in a timely manner. Overall, I felt that she was dedicated and committed to working hard for us and earned her commission in spades!

We've been working with Patti for years and her professionalism and her beautiful personality has won us over . In 2010 she found our dream condo on the ocean in Hollywood Florida, then in 2012 she sold the condo for us making a nice profit. In 2012 Patti listed our house for sale and sold our house in West Lake Village for a nice profit. Patti knows Real Estate and knew exactly how to show the house/condo and sell it.
