Trish is amazing and I would recommend her a million times over. She is very professional, passionate about what she does, patient, thorough, responsive and knowledgeable. Trish listened as we described what we wanted and needed in a home and gave us exactly that. If we had questions or concerns she addressed them immediately and made us feel comfortable. We closed on a home in less than 6 months because of her attention to detail and desire to give us what we wanted. Trish is also assisting with the sell of our previous home. That’s how much trust and confidence we have in her. She never disappoints!

I moved from NY 4 months ago, for a new start and was looking for a rental apartment, got in contact with Patricia to help me find a rental but she convinced me to buy instead. I honestly doubted it would happen, but she encourage me to apply and I did. The process was overwhelming and at times I wanted to give up the homeowner path, but she was there always with encouragement to let’s keep going forward in-spite of the bumps and turns.
