What impressed me most was her ability to be very personal with the needs of my family. Patricia allowed us to think out of the box when showing us another house with the potential of becoming the perfect setting for my family. She has truly made a great impression on me, and I am very thankful that I have the opportunity to work with someone of her caliber. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house, that wants more of a personal connection opposed to someone that is impersonal and just wants to make that sale.

We would definitely endorse Patricia Van Houten! We did not know her but she was referred to us to show us a house we wanted to see. We saw the house, made an offer through her - the offer was accepted, she helped us find a mortgage broker and get the needed financing. She helped with negotiations, closing, follow-through on repairs the sellers agreed to make and all the little details. We closed within the 30 days - and we were operating from out of state. Patty is amazing and by far exceeded my expectations. The sale of our home was an emotional experience. Being it was the first sale of our home and a shortsale nonetheless, she guided us through every step of the way. Patty always maintained her professionalism, but was very personal as well. Any situation that I thought was a situation, she burned out all my fires and did it promptly, with her head held high, and a smile. The best part and most importantly, I was able to communicate with my realtor. She always kept me updated. She always called me or texted me back right away, if she didn't answer her phone. It was important for me to stay in the loop. I had a lot of questions due to this being a new experience. She never once made me feel like my questions were unimportant; every question of mine was worth answering for. Bottom line, I would recommend her to anyone, family and friends. I will only use Patty from here on out.

Patty was great! She called me quickly after I sent a request regarding a house I was interested in and listened to find out exactly what I was looking for. Within a few hours she had sent me multiple listings for me to review. I emailed her back and let her know which ones I was most interested in seeing. The following day she met me at my two favorites. I immediately fell in love with the second house as I was everything I was looking for. Patty is extremely knowledgeable and has a great, friendly personality. I would definitely recommend her to anyone house hunting!!

We met Patricia by coincidence, as she was taking calls for the listing agent on a property we had phoned about. We were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the Phoenix home market. We told her what we were looking for and she emailed back a list of properties within the next day. As Canadian buyers, we were not familiar with many of the rules and regulations, particularly with regard to short sales and bank owned properties, but Patricia easily guided us through the necessary procedures with complete competence, and ALWAYS responded promptly to our many enquiries. Right from the start, we felt that Patricia was looking out for our best interests and was never more than a phone call (which she either answered directly or within a few hours) away. We can honestly say that we have never had such professional, yet personalized service from any realtor, either here in Canada or in Phoenix(where we had been in touch with a few realtors previously). We have already recommended Patricia to a friend, who was having difficulty getting any results with her own realtor, and she is delighted. We will continue to highly recommend Patricia to anyone! We found that the housing market in Phoenix can be very fast - and you need a realtor like Patricia, who gets information on properties quickly and effectively.
