We can't say enough about Patty and how she helped us buy our dream home! From day one when we met her, she was very excited to help us find the perfect home. She was extremely patient with us as we wanted to look at many homes around Oceanside. On a couple of occasions, she even took us to view houses late in the evening as that was the only time we could make it after work.

After many, many viewings, we finally decided on one house. Throughout the negotiation process, Patty was a great liaison between us and the seller. We even ran into a roadblock with finding home insurance, but Patty was able to provide us one of her contacts who was able to help us through it.

Patty is extremely knowledgeable with the real estate process, as well as the Oceanside area. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will be on your side and help you find your perfect place!

Patty is the best realtor I have ever dealt with. She is very honest and pays attention to detail. She doesn't stops working for you and she puts your best interest in her heart. She is not pushy like others I met and she is very patient in explaining me the ins and outs of house buying. She is very thoughtful too, mind you, she never forgets to send any thoughtful gift even if there is no occassion. I am a very meticulous person but with her, I can sit back and relax, knowing how well she knows her job! I don't easily recommend people or companies but I can really vouch for Patty. She is my go-to person and my resource when it comes to real estate and properties. Most of all, she has a golden heart. I got my first home because of Patty and I am so glad I did. Thank you Patty!

Patty Villanueva is the best realtor I have ever met, before finding her I had been looking for 6 months and was about to give up but life put me in front of Patty and I am so grateful. Both my wife and I were so grateful finding Patty. Prior to Patty we had used 4 other agents from other realty firms and looked at probably 30 homes. The first time we met patty in person she was down to earth and so knowledgeable and my wife and I both felt we were lucky to find her. We were very particular in our needs and where, but were at the disadvantage of living 3 hours from our search area. This was no problem for patty and she always kept us informed of new offers and when we looked at a house she prepared a full packet of information so there would be no surprises. When she found the house we ended up purchasing she sent the listing after 5pm less that 2 hours after it hit the MLS. I called her immediately and she got a showing for the following day. We had the offer accepted the day after the showing. If you need a realtor, you owe it to yourself to just meet her, you'll find she is the best realtor you could hope for. I would never use anyone else after our experience. She is a gem.
