I first met Trish in the winter of 2020 when my husband and I were mildly looking at houses in this crazy pandemic housing market. Trish was the realtor of the first house that we were interested in. We hit it off with her right away and remembered how kind, attentive to detail and patient she was throughout the whole process when we were trying to buy. Ultimately, my husband and I chose to build our dream home and we chose to use Trish for the sale of our old home several months ago. She was nothing short of amazing throughout our selling process. Even when things got tough and we hit a couple of (somewhat big) speed bumps along the way with our sale, Trish kept calm, cool and collected and guided us through it. We can't speak more highly of Trish and her professionalism and we are eternally grateful for her hard work and, more importantly, her friendship. Trish is the best of the best. She helped us sell our first home and purchase a new home. She always made herself available to us, and made us feel comfortable with the entire process. Trish is extremely prompt, and went above and beyond to get us into potential houses in a competitive market. For some houses that hit the market, we were the first people to get in and see it. This was so important to us, because with previous realtors we have felt like we sometimes missed opportunities. Trish also made things smooth on the selling end, and our house sold in just a few days over asking price. Even our family and friends close to us could recognize how great she made the whole process for us. I cannot reccomend her enough!
