business coming from past clients and referrals, Patricia Ann Young has built her career on experience,
relationships, and helping people confidently navigate some of life’s most important real estate decisions.
Patricia is a REALTOR® and Team Leader of Follow My Heels Home Group at Real Brokerage, LLC. A Texas
resident for more than 20 years, she serves buyers and sellers throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas,
including Coppell, Southlake, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and surrounding communities. She also leads a real estate
team serving Charlotte, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
Licensed since 2005, Patricia’s expertise includes luxury and custom new construction, senior downsizing
and 55+ real estate, inherited and probate properties, relocation, and residential home sales. Whether a
client is building a custom home, relocating, helping an aging parent make a move, preparing to downsize, or
determining what to do with an inherited property, Patricia brings experience, clear communication, and a hands-on
approach to every step of the process.
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Patricia has developed a particular passion for helping seniors and
their families through moves that often involve much more than simply buying or selling a home. She understands
that downsizing, aging-related moves, probate, and inherited-property decisions can be emotional and complicated,
and she believes clients deserve education, patience, trusted resources, and someone who will help them
understand their options before making a decision.
That commitment led Patricia to found The Inherited Home Network, a free educational resource community
created to help families better understand the decisions surrounding aging parents, inherited homes, probate,
estate-related real estate, and senior transitions.
Patricia is also the founder of Women of Real, a professional community connecting and empowering women
throughout Real Brokerage across the United States and Canada.
