Pat delivered a quick, smooth first time homebuyer experience based on his expert knowledge and strategies to negotiate a beneficial price point well below list price. He provided useful support and partnership with the lender in order to close on the property in 3 weeks. I was able acquire a VA home loan, no money down, and a rebate while working with Pat. I will definitely work with him again and highly recommend him for any homebuyer.

Patricio was able to show us many houses in the evenings on short notice that fit our schedule. When we saw our current house, we doubted we would ever be able to buy it, but Patricio told us we could make it happen and negotiated our amazing first and only offer that got accepted! We appreciated his extensive knowledge with VA loans, as my husband is a veteran and this was our first home buying experience. We had many questions and concerns and Patricio was there for us every step of the way to make sure we were making informed decisions. Patricio also recommended an amazing loan officer, who was also phenomenal to work with. Patricio was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our dream of owning a home came true.
