Patrick helped me purchase a beautiful 8.5 acre lot overlooking Middletown valley. We worked together over the course of a year, sifting through all the various properties on the market. We spent a lot of time walking through wooded, mountainous terrain. Through it all, Patrick maintained a positive outlook and encouraged us to wait for the right piece of land. He was always available to answer any questions we had, but never pushed us into making a decision. I plan to use Patrick in future real estate deals, and recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell their home.

Patrick has managed our rental property for 2 years, and has done an outstanding job of taking the headache out of owning an out of state rental property. He is diligent, communicates quickly and accurately when there is a problem, and resolves any problem that has arisen with speed, efficiency and minimal involvement on our part. He has kept our property rented with little to no overlap between tenants and is a pleasure to work with.
