By far the best experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and even though I was a little hesitant about listing it our home at $315,000, because I thought that was going to be to high, he assured us that we were listing at the right price. After listing the house as Coming Soon, he was able to get an offer at full ask before we even put the house on the market. Again he used his extensive knowledge of the market to assure us that we would be getting similar if not better offers after we actually showed the home, and man was he right. Within 24 hours of showing the home we had a quick close offer, 25k over ask. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and hardworking real estate agent then he is the man for you.
