Patrick Beedie, Jr.

Patrick was born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, Illinois; at a time when the Chicago Bears were superbowl champions and the Chicago Bulls were a dynasty. He attended St. Laurence High School in Burbank, Illinois and Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Illinois; where he studied accounting and business administration as an undergraduate and graduate student.

After graduate school, Patrick worked for a large nonprofit and then a small public accounting firm, and moved from the south suburbs of Chicago to downtown Chicago. Along the way, he developed a strong interest in residential real estate investment and sales; and before long found himself leaving the world of accounting behind and jumping feet-first into the world of real estate.

Patrick's career in residential real estate began with Rubloff Residential Properties, a large local brokerage in downtown Chicago. In Rubloff, he found the mentorship that quickly turned his passion into production and profits. Patrick had found his calling. Almost overnight, he became one of Chicago's elite REALTORS® and would remain as such until he and Michelle decided to leave Illinois.

Soon after Patrick and Michelle decided to make their move to the Sunshine State, Patrick made the decision to obtain his Florida real estate broker's license and open his own residential real estate brokerage. Beedie Realty was born, and in very little time has become one of the area's best real estate brokerages; with Patrick becoming one of Sarasota-Manatee's top-rated REALTORS®.
