As we e pressed our plan to move to San Diego area, Keri and Patrick were diligent to explain to us the market in the various areas of the region and showed us products in the several districts of San Diego. It allows us to progressively narrow our search to the district of La Jolla and in the range of price that coped with our financial objectives and the type of houses that fittted our needs. After a couple of unsuccessful offers we were able to find the right home for us, in the right area and at the right price, thanks to their patience, their understanding of the market and their resilience.

Keri and Patrick Belhon were the dream team !! They helped us to buy a new house and to sell our old house. The purchase of our new house went smoothly. We located a house to purchase and after that they used all their knowledge and experience to help us with our needs. They helped us to understand the loan process, arrange house and termite inspections, introduce us to contractors to give us and idea of the costs of repairs. For this particular house we had a septic issue, and they also took care of it. Our family now lives in our dream home. After this purchase we did put our old house for sale. Keri and Patrick did a fabulous job to help stage and present the house . After only few days they found us 3 buyers. They took care of it and we sold for more than the asking price in a really short time. Because of their extra care we were able to close sooner than planned as they were on top of the situation during the Covid-19 Crisis. I will highly advice to work with them purchasing your new house or selling your current one.

We hired Patrick and Keri to sell our house on Mollywoods in La Mesa knowing that it will not be an easy sell. The house needed extensive renovations. They brought us 4 offers in a few days. All cash. They did a really good job managing a difficult transaction. We got the top dollars out of it. We are moving on to new adventures and very happy with how everything went.
