Patrick Benjamin

Patrick is the Vice President and Associate Broker at City to City Commercial, a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage in Metro-Phoenix. Since his start in April 2018, he has been involved in over $40,000,000 in transactions. He focuses on Commercial Real Estate, Vacant Land, and investment sales.

Patrick got started in the industry working with his father who has a long history of brokering land deals throughout the valley to local and national investors, developers, and home builders. City to City was founded by Patrick's father Chris in 1996, then operating as "The Benjamin Group". 25+ years of brokerage, entitlement, financial, legal, and political knowledge have helped establish City to City Commercial as one of the top brokerages in Phoenix.

Patrick was born and raised in Arizona and spent a brief 2-years in Michigan (Go Blue!) completing missionary services in and around Detroit. He currently lives in Central Mesa with his wife and two daughters.
