Moving to a new city, we needed to make sure we were making right decisions. Patrick made the process easy. He was a voice of reason through the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure we were buying the right house. He even measured the garage door to ensure our car would fit and mapped out the back yard for the pool, which was a non-started for us. Patrick definitely makes the stressful process of buying a house so much less stressful. We are very glad we met him.
