We are thrilled with our new townhouse in Wheaton. It wouldn't have been possible without our realtor, Patrick Bouchard. He spent a lot of time discussing what items we wanted in our new home as well as where we wanted to locate. For us, the bidding process was stressful. but Patrick gave us excellent guidance on how to proceed. As a result, we ended up getting the house. He also explained the closing procedures and wire transfer so we could understand. It isn't easy buying a house during all the COVID restrictions, but Patrick made it easy. Now we can enjoy living near our grandchildren.
