Patrick Brooks

Patrick Brooks embarked on his real estate career after retiring from professional baseball in 2014. His journey began in Yuma, Arizona, where he spent a year and a half honing his skills before returning to his hometown of Vallejo, California. In Vallejo, Patrick joined Hamann Real Estate, where he was mentored by broker-owner Jeannie Hamann. It was during this time that his passion for establishing his own brokerage began to take shape.

Recognizing a gap in the local market, Patrick realized that Vallejo was in need of a community-based brokerage that could offer a higher-end level of marketing and service. Driven by this vision, he founded Brooks & Co. Real Estate in 2020 while still working at Remax, operating under a “powered by” structure. This was a stepping stone that eventually led him to obtain a corporate broker license and fully branch out on his own.

Patrick’s dedication to his clients and his relentless work ethic are the pillars upon which he has built and continues to grow his business. His commitment to serving his community with integrity and excellence is at the heart of everything he does at “The Company Real Estate.”
