Patrick Brooks

Patrick Brooks started Premier Real Estate Advisors. As Owner and Lead Broker, Patrick handles the overall function of his real estate team. Through his diligence, work ethic, astute listening and understanding skills, and market knowledge, Premier Real Estate Advisors is quickly emerging as a top-producing team in the Asheville real estate market. Patrick strives to go above and beyond expectations to provide a premier customer service experience with every transaction.

Prior to starting Premier Real Estate Advisors, Patrick worked as the lead buyers agent for Altamont Property Group with Keller Williams where he worked directly with investors and buyers coming to the Asheville area to spend their time and increase their rental potential. Patrick also worked for Northwestern Mutual, providing custom solutions for the individual life insurance needs of his clients. Additionally he has valuable experience in the service and hospitality industries for several notable properties in the Asheville area, including the Biltmore Company and the Grand Bohemian Hotel. Patrick attended the University of North Carolina – Wilmington, where he played soccer in addition to taking a full scholastic course load.

In his spare time, Patrick loves to spend time with his daughter Olivia and family every moment he can. Patrick likes to enjoy the outdoors and read; he also enjoys hiking, mountain biking, soccer and playing with his boxer puppy.
