He came to initial meeting with very helpful information and explained the sales process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. Patrick never left any questions unanswered and always responded promptly, as if you are his only client! He’s always friendly and professional. In preparation to put my house on the market, Patrick has been very helpful in providing us tips to ensure a marketable sell. Unfortunately, we decided not to pursue the sell due to unforeseen circumstances at this time. Once we do though, we will most definitely reach out to him. We love his responsiveness and sound advice always having our best interest at heart.

This was our second home purchase with Patrick; he is a very knowledgeable, professional and experienced real estate agent. In addition, he is extremely effective in negotiating contracts and driving all of the parties (other agent, title company, inspectors, repairs, bank, etc.) to closing on time. Patrick is by far the best real estate agent we've had in 7 moves across 6 states and 2 countries - he has my highest recommendation.

The research Patrick did on the home paid off with a sale within 12 hours with multiple buyers that were interested in paying over asking price. I couldn't have been happier! Patrick is a fantastic Realtor. It was a great pleasure to work with him over the months before we found our “right" home. And I am sure that we unnerved him occasionally when we showed major interest in a property but backed down before making a bid. But you would never know it. He just carried on with new listings for us!

Patrick was a critical partner in the purchase of our home as another buyer contracted to purchase the home. But Patrick told the seller's Realtor that we were still very interested in case the other buyer got cold feet. Well here we are. With Patrick's relentless effort to keep the Realtor informed of our interest, we finally bid on the home when the other buyer backed out.
