I’ve been in real estate for 12 years, and I still get excited every time I hand over a set of keys! Whether you’re a first-time buyer nervously Googling “what’s escrow?”, a proud VA client, or a seasoned investor who talks in 1031 exchanges and cap rates the way most people talk about sports, I’m here to make the process feel smooth, clear, and (dare I say) enjoyable.
My work is rooted in loyalty, integrity, and sincerity—values that guide me both in business and life. I’m genuinely passionate about real estate (yes, I’m that person who gets excited about architecture, design, and well-executed construction), and my goal is to bring you not just the knowledge and strategy, but also the support and dedication you need when making one of the biggest decisions of your life.

Business Philosophy
My business philosophy stems from two of my biggest pet peeves. The first being when someone says they will do something and they don't. I believe that when you give your word, then you must make every effort to deliver on what you promised. My second pet peeve is someone who talks incessantly around an issue rather than listening to what you have to say. Communication is not enough. EFFECTIVE communication through listening to what my clients want and attending to what they need is what's important. I want your real estate transaction to be something that you take pride in and can reflect on as one of the life decisions that truly worked out well.
Personal Background
I have long been fascinated with how our mind works and what shapes our decisions. This enthrallment inevitably led to my pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego. Although my official home was only a couple hours north in LA, the city of San Diego captured my heart with all that it has to offer.
The gorgeous beaches, bay, and mountains allow me to take advantage of the natural serenity this beautiful city has to offer. The flip side of the same coin allows me to enjoy some of the finest dining and nightlife in all of California.
In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family (wife, baby, and pup), climbing, pickleball, springboard diving, hiking, biking, surfing, and snowboarding…you name it and I want to try it. New technology is another fascination of mine that I enjoy reading about and toying with.
