Pat Cummings

In the past 29 years he has been involved in over 820 leasing, sales and build-to-suit transactions, ranging from incubator space to 569,400 square feet and totaling over 15.6 million square feet.

Prior to joining TRI Commercial, Mr. Cummings worked for CBRE specializing in the sale and leasing of industrial properties. He also worked in sales and marketing for The Sacramento Bee newspaper for 11 years.
