Patrick Dillon, CCIM

Patrick is a full service commercial real estate consultant/agent. Patrick holds both a Certified General Real Property Appraiser license and Real Estate Salesperson license in Georgia. Born just outside Chicago, raised in Peachtree City, graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and Valdosta State University. Patrick and his family currently reside in Coweta County. Patrick began working with Appraisal Associates in January 2011, concentrating in the area of commercial real estate valuation and consulting. In 2013 Patrick assumed ownership of Appraisal Associates and currently manages the firm's operation. Patrick joined Pace Lynch in June 2018 concentrating in commercial real estate sales, leasing, and development, with a focus on healthcare real estate. Patrick holds the CCIM Designation and is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce.
