Patrick Ellwood

Patrick has been a resident of the East Bay since 1968. He has been in the real estate business since 1974 and has been a licensed real estate broker since 1978 and a developer since 1976 having built 30 residential properties in addition to a 13,000 square foot office building. Patrick Ellwood has been involved in over $200,000,000 in real estate transactions including residential income, commercial property sales, commercial property leases, financing, appraisals, and property management in addition to projects involving major renovations on numerous office and retail buildings.
