Patrick is an Ohio native who relocated to Las Vegas in 2022. Growing up in the family restaurant business instilled in him the importance of customer service, hard work, and providing a positive experience to anyone who walks through the door. As a realtor his passion is to help home buyers find the right property that meets their home vision - from open floor plans, plenty of bedrooms, to that dream kitchen - while staying realistic on budget, location and availability. Patrick takes pride in his ability to build relationships and dive deep into what clients are truly seeking.

Patrick is an experienced building science professional with 18 years in the field. He brings his knowledge to the real estate industry allowing him to guide clients in the right direction from foundation through fixtures.
