Patrick Ingrassia grew up along the front range of Colorado and remained in Colorado until graduating from Colorado State University in 1995. Upon leaving Colorado, Patrick resided in numerous places including New York City NY, Atlanta GA, Los Angeles CA, Clearwater FL, and Scottsdale AZ.
As wonderful as those places are, his desire always was getting back to Colorado when starting his family. Having worked in a "heavy travel" career as a National Sales Manager/Regional Vice President for the World’s largest Financial Services companies, Patrick and his family relocated back to Colorado in June of 2007.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, Patrick was in real estate as a private buyer and as an investor. His knowledge and expertise in marketing, research, and negotiations have allowed him to successfully transition into residential real estate. Patrick consistently ranks as a TOP 3% Producer based on Transactions and Sales Volume amongst all Colorado Real Estate Agents. Ninety-nine percent of Team Ingrassia clients come from Referrals, Repeats, Family and Friends....NOT from self-marketing. Patrick is also immensely proud of the fact that Team Ingrassia has saved Sellers (via reduced Listing Commissions on every Listing) almost $250,000 over the past 5 years....in 2019 alone, sellers collaborating with Team Ingrassia combined to save over $100,000.
Patrick's wife Kelly, a Colorado Springs native, is also a licensed real estate agent that helped form Team Ingrassia. Kelly no longer practices real estate as she now runs Capture Colorado Homes Real Estate Photography. At home in Monument Patrick and Kelly are raising their five wonderful, amazing young sons named Blake, Kai, Kade, Lyrik and Nuncio Krew.
