His real estate career began in 2009 at the height of the housing crisis as a senior default settlement specialist at the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. where he was responsible for preserving home ownership and offering loan modification and short sale guidance to banks and loan servicers. Reading every real estate and investing book and course known to man Patrick educated himself about all the many facets of real estate over the next several years. More recently Patrick joined forces with Realty Direct as a client services manager which later merged with Carrington Real Estate LLC.
