As a REALTOR®, I negotiate far beyond just the sales price. I focus on seller concessions, repairs, credits, closing-cost assistance, favorable contract terms, and other opportunities that may save you money and protect you throughout the transaction.
I also represent homeowners who are ready to sell. My approach to listings combines pricing strategy, property positioning, marketing, negotiation, and my mortgage background to help structure deals that attract qualified buyers while protecting my seller’s bottom line.
As a Mortgage Loan Officer, I help Texas homebuyers evaluate FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA, renovation, and Down Payment Assistance options based on their credit, income, debt, goals, and available cash. I serve mortgage clients throughout Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, and El Paso.
My boots-on-the-ground real estate expertise is concentrated in Greater San Antonio, North San Antonio, Spring Branch, Bulverde, New Braunfels, Boerne-area communities, and the Texas Hill Country.
I also created The Mortgage Patriot YouTube channel to provide practical, no-nonsense education on first-time homebuying, mortgages, DPA, cash-to-close, seller concessions, home tours, inspections, negotiations, new construction, and the costly mistakes buyers and sellers should avoid.
