Pat was a phenomenal agent for me. As a first time home buyer, I greatly appreciated Pat's patience and all of the assistance he gave me in the process. He was in constant contact and always helped me determine what was the next step. His advice for negotiations and determining things that could help or hurt me within the house was spot on. He was willing to recommend people who came highly reviewed online for any other assistance I needed. Above and beyond, Pat performed his job with high integrity and was punctual. I never got the feeling that I was unimportant or that I was being pushed into something that would benefit his pocket instead of me. All in all, I would use Pat again in a heartbeat. Pat sold us our home in Cary in 2005. I was relocating from a different state, so Pat was helpful in lining up multiple showings during my limited time to travel here to house hunt. When we wrote up our offer, Pat was a masterful negotiator and was able to provide us with signifcant savings off the builders asking price. Patrick spent a number of days in the heat of summer 2010 showing me several properties in the downtown Raleigh area. He was enthusiastic, informative and very patient. My husband was still overseas whilst I tried to find a home in the right neighbourhood for us and our two boys. Patrick not only has valuable knowledge on real estate but is also very informed on developments and changes within a variety of communities. We purchased our home and managed to move in within a few weeks. The whole process was made effortless with Patrick's support. The recommendations for inspections and tradesmen were excellent. We were extremely pleased with the result and love our new home, it was a perfect find.
