As a lifetime resident of Whatcom County, Pat has a deep knowledge & love of Bellingham, Ferndale & the surrounding area. The second of four boys born to Hugh & Barb Locker, Pat grew up in Bellingham/Whatcom County.
During those 20+ years, Pat was raised in an environment that was Loving, Honest, Focused and Hardworking! Years later when he got into Real Estate, he used the same concepts he was raised on to build his Real Estate Business.
