Patrick Loyd

Patrick is a local Southern CA resident, born and raised in Glendora. As a child, he enjoyed the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains riding his mountain bike with his brother and friends. On the weekends, when he could catch a ride to Orange County, he would soak up the sun and surf, this is where he started to develop his passion for surfing and Orange County.

Eventually, he moved to Laguna Beach and started his career in Real Estate selling new homes for Shea. For the span of 17 years, Patrick has sold over 3,500 new homes throughout Orange County, including San Clemente, Aliso Viejo, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Irvine, Yorba Linda, and Huntington Beach. Patrick’s final community that he launched was Brightwater in Huntington Beach, selling coastal view homes that were priced as high as $4,500,000.00. He received numerous awards including 3 MAME awards throughout his career.
