Patrick has lived and worked on the North Shore of Long Island his entire life. He loves this area with its beaches, farms, arboretums, open spaces, magnificent trees, regal estates, and incorporated villages with high residential zoning. The area has been protected from mass developments by local governments and organizations such as the North Shore Land Alliance with the idea of maintaining a high standard that affords its residents a private, understated lifestyle unknown to most.
Patrick has worked in every aspect of the luxury residential real estate world during his career, ranging from salesperson to broker to owning and managing Piping Rock Associates, an extremely successful and highly respected local firm, for over forty years. He has assisted clients in navigating the complex process of real estate through many financial upheavals, including 9/11, the Great Recession, Hurricane Sandy, and the COVID-19 Pandemic. Currently, Patrick is enjoying his role as a Masterpiece Collection Ambassador for the various multi-million-dollar listings in the area.
