Patrick Maguire

Patrick leads NSR by directing strategic, policy, and long-term planning initiatives. He oversees the effective implementation of all association activities and services, provides advice and counsel to NSR members, coordinates NSR's mediation, ethics, and arbitration procedures, and manages the association’s finances in conjunction with the NSR Treasurer. In addition, he manages the development of the association’s goals, objectives, and policies, coordinates, and supervises the activities of association staff, and serves on the NSR Board of Directors.

Patrick joined NSR in 2019 as the Manager of Government Affairs and Professional Standards after having served as a volunteer of the organization for nearly a decade prior as a REALTOR® member. As a REALTOR® volunteer, he served in many local roles, the culmination of which being the 2017 NSR President. He brings over a decade of industry experience as a local North Shore real estate agent and assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Prior to his real estate experience, Patrick worked as a catering chef while completing his bachelor’s in mathematics at Merrimac College.
