Haywood County native, Patrick McDowell, has lived in the Waynesville his whole life. Married to wife Sherri for 29 years they have 2 daughters, Sydney 21 and Mia 16. A local (family) business owner for many years, Patrick is civic-minded, serving on the Waynesville and Haywood County Planning boards, and is very proactive in the First Methodist Church of Waynesville. A graduate of Western Carolina University, he worked in the family office supply business for a number of years then decided that real estate is where his career path would take him. It was a good decision; Patrick has been a top producer for over 13 years, and his clients and customers consider him not only their “Broker” but their friend.
