Hands down the best experience we’ve had buying a home! We move a lot because of the military and our most recent move brought us to the Twin Cities. Patrick made the process so easy. We made a trip up to see some homes (we were living 12 hours away) and hoped to get an offer accepted while we were in town. Unfortunately that wasn’t in the cards due to the current market conditions. It was super competitive. Nevertheless, Patrick continued to work with us and took us on virtual tours of so many homes. He physically walked through the properties with us on FaceTime! We eventually found the perfect place and he helped us beat out 13 other offers! I can’t imagine how this experience would have gone without Patrick. He is truly a gem and you should look no further for all your real estate needs. If we decide to sell when we move on from Minnesota I guarantee we will list our home with him.

I don't know where to begin to explain how positive my experience was working with Patrick. As a first time homebuyer and single young woman, I had worked with a few other agents and was tired of not feeling like a priority. Then I found Patrick, and he made me feel supported and valued throughout the entire experience. There were even times that I was considering a house, and Patrick looked at me and said "I don't think this is it, I can find you a better house". And he did. With Patrick, the first offer I put in on my dream house was accepted. I truly could not have asked for a better real estate agent, who is now my friend. I am so grateful!

My particular situation had some snags and complications but Patrick was always there to handle my questions and worked overtime to make sure everything panned out.
