Patrick Morris

Patrick moved to Southwest Florida in 2003 from Indianapolis. He obtained his real estate license in 2009 and has furthered his education with obtaining the coveted CCIM Designation. Ever since then he has been practicing general real estate full time, specializing in investment real estate including 1031 exchange, single tenant NNN, multi-tenant opportunities, office, warehouse, retail and medical. Honest and to the point he will happily give his opinion and provide recommendations. Patrick has several international clients from Canada, UK, Denmark, Brazil and China. He can assist with all general real estate needs including commercial and residential investment real estate. He also holds the coveted CCIM designation for Commercial Real Estate Expertise and also is a GRI - Graduates Realtor Institute Member.
