Patrick is a full-time REALTOR® and real estate consultant doing business all over the St Pete/Tampa bay area.

Patrick is originally from Baltimore Maryland but grew up in Columbus Ohio and moved to St Pete in 2013. Patrick's family has been in St Pete Beach since the 1960's. Since moving in 2013, Patrick has lived in Redington Shores and Gulfport. Patrick loves the beaches, running, family, friends and real estate!!

Patrick has a BS in Real Estate from Franklin University in Columbus OH. Patrick's first employer encouraged him to pursue a real estate degree while working at a property management company. Patrick went to night school in order to work as an assistant doing everything from rehabs, landscaping, office work and even taxes. At the age of 23, Patrick bought his first duplex and invited his friends to live with him while he rehabbed the duplex. From there Patrick was able to buy 4 more investment properties in the Columbus Ohio short north area and managed all of them on his own. In 2000 Patrick started working at Citi Bank as a business analyst and then later as a manager over their statement and tax form group. Then in 2013 after moving to St Pete, Patrick found himself and his partner fixing-up unwanted, foreclosures and REO bank owned homes. In 2016, Patrick decided to seek his Florida Real Estate Sales License and he started with Forever Florida Real Estate.

Patrick lives by 4 very simple rules: Family is First, Loyalty is King, Always do what's right, Treat other as you would want to be treated!
