Patrick Mulhern Team

Patrick Mulhern is a diverse Broker at SMI Real Estate, with years of experience in Residential representation of Sellers and Buyers. His drive and passion for real estate, and his clients, have given Patrick a unique experience spectrum that is not commonly found in today’s brokers.

Patrick was born and raised in Silverton, Oregon. After high school, he chose to join the Army to become an Armored Crewman where he was consistently recognized by his peers for leadership and merit. While serving in the Army, Patrick lived in Germany and took part in many military needs in Europe, including deployments to Bosnia and Kosovo. In 2000, he reenlisted and was stationed in Fort Riley Kansas where he was deployed numerous times during wartime efforts in Kuwait and Iraq. Patrick received many medals for personal and unit recognition, including the Bronze Star with Valor.

While the “Valor” device is not worn, it still can be seen in his approach to real estate. Patrick believes in going above and beyond the call of duty for his clients. Above all else, he believes strongly in the connections and relationships that you develop and cultivate over time.

Patrick is devoted to his family, the community, and the great Northwest. You can often find Patrick with his daughter in downtown Salem at Riverfront Park or during community outreach events. Patrick is an active volunteer with the Union Gospel Mission and Willamette Valley Humane Society.
