Patrick helped us to sell our parents' house in La Jolla. he was very enthusiastic and warm. he made paperworks easy for us to handle which is a great way of working with him from far away. he took a good care of the property during the open house period, which is highly appreciated.

Patrick was very knowledgeable about the area and did his homework. He spent time getting to know us and didn't waste time taking us to places that were unsuitable. He suffered through four offers when we were outbid, then when we finally won a bidding process, he really got started. He helped us find inspectors and negotiated for repair allowances from the seller. Then, once we moved in, he helped us find contractors to fix the stuff that needed fixing. He's very respected in the marketplace and he made it very easy to deal with the sellers' agents. I recommend him and we'll use him again.
