Pat was a terrific realtor! We broke the sales record by 12%. He guided us through the flip and he even was able to convince the association to allow two sets of dogs for potential buyers. He was always available and let plumbers in and even arranged them with the association. I really appreciate him and can’t believe the attention he gave my little condo. A great man! A great realtor.
