Patrick was incredible in negotiating the price of our house we purchased last year. He was very helpful in showing us the homes we were interested in, in the areas we were interested in. It only took us 2 weeks to find our house and we couldn't be happier. We also closed in less than 30 days, all in all, it took about 45 days start to finish. Very great, quick experience! Patrick is a very well educated , knowledgeable and hard working realtor. 2 years ago when I was looking to purchase a home we must have looked at over 100 properties until he found the perfect home for me and my family. I am not the easiest to deal with as I am picky, but he kept working diligently without a complaint. He would be in constant contact with my wife and I and would always update us on new information throughout the whole buying process. With the line of work I am in, I know and can appreciate outstanding service and support, you will get this with Patrick. When he found the house we liked he negotiated and got us the best possible deal. My overall experience with Patrick was the best I've ever had when it comes to real estate. I highly recommend him. Pat is a gentleman and a true professional. Pat went door knocking in a track for a specific floor plan that we wanted. He found someone who is was willing to sell the floor plan we wanted. We later found out many realtors have been trying to get this home for sale for quite some time. I'm convinced it was Pat's go getter attitude and ability to relate to the sellers that convinced them to sell. Our financing fell through on 2 separate occasions and Pat was able to keep the sellers engaged and convinced them we would come through. This was a very stressful period but Pat stayed positive through the whole thing. In parallel we put our home on the market which fetched a full price offer in less than 2 weeks and we closed escrow a short 23 days later on our home. All in all we closed the home we purchased and closed our home in less than 45days. I want to add I'm an extremely high maintenance personality and rarely ever give anyone a full rating. Pat deserves every star here and I would recommend him to anyone on the purchase or selling side of the real estate equation in a heart beat. I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Parry to buy a home. My experience was one of surprise. His work ethic, morals, and knowledge of the industry were spot on. I originally met Patrick at an open house. My husband and I weren't quite ready to buy a home, but Patrick kept in touch (just the right amount) and checked in while providing helpful information on Orange County. Fast forward to our recent full-out search for our new home -- Patrick was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, supportive and provided an incredible amount of guidance throughout the entire search, offer and purchase. We recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a realtor and we will definitely trust him for any future purchase (although we plan to stay put for a while as we're in love with our new home!
