Patrick Peters

Patrick Peters is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker. As the third generation of our family to help lead his company, he prides himself on delivering detailed, accurate valuations for the most complex of situations. After graduating from Virginia Tech in 2007 with a Bachelors of Business Management, minor in Real Estate, and Masters of Building Construction Science and Management, he gained experience with Gilbane Construction. Since moving to Associated Appraisers in 2014, he has furthered his experience with a diverse portfolio of property types, often with values in excess of millions of dollars. Working with both the public and private sectors has allowed him to help clients through the management of every aspect of the valuation, sales, and purchasing process.
