Patrick Reynolds is a great listener. He listened to my comments so I never had to repeat myself. Patrick asks great questions, for example, "How would you see yourself living in this home compared to the others we have seen together?" I appreciated that question because it made me keep my priorities back in order. Patrick pays a lot of attention to detail and that is important to me. He digs deep into the history of each property we discussed and was either ready with answers or honest enough to get the correct answers from the right sources whether tax or public records or the owner. I regard Patrick in the highest professional manner. And, he is a very open, earnest, patient person. If you have the opportunity to work with Patrick, you will be impressed and enjoy the process from start to finish.
