Among the latter are Lifetime Circle of Excellence and Lifetime Diamond awards, conferred by the Board of Realtors, and the continual recognition he earned as the Top Selling in his real estate office for the past nine consecutive years.

Born and raised in Ottumwa, Iowa, Patrick's combination of energetic involvement and ethical comportment derives from Midwestern roots. His Midwestern values of industry, integrity and honesty continue to work well for him. He served as information Officer (Captain) in the U. S. Army Signal Corps at the Presidio of San Francisco (6th Army Dhatr’s). He balances the demands of these and other commitments by enjoying a full and satisfying family life with his wife and three teenage children, and also by continuing to indulge a longstanding passion for skiing and music (he was inducted into the Omaha Rock & Roll Hall of Fame) as well as his enjoyment of golf, tennis and equestrian pursuits.
