Patrick listed our home and it was under contract in 7 days of listing. We did carefully follow his advice on many fixes/replacements that needed to be done to make the house perfect for the first potential buyers to come through, and he was right they came through immediately and offered full price that same week. At first I had reservations about listing with Patrick because he is a one man show, but it turned out to be extremely advantageous because we had his undivided attention and support. We even left town ( because we are retired to another state ) once the house was listed and he handled everything as if the property were his own, including handling unexpected emergency repairs. He was in constant communication with us, almost daily by e mail and phone. We knew everything he did. There were absolutely no down sides to listing with him. We had lots of traffic and a wonderful buyer. Potential buyers are watching the internet themselves and not waiting for an agent to find the right property for them. Patrick did an outstanding job marketing the property on the internet, representing it in person, and getting it sold. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge, more than any realtor I have previously worked with. The real estate market is changing and is a little strange and he understands it. It was surprising to me, but I had heard it from friends selling homes, that condition is more important than price. He strongly urged us to have the home staged by a professional, we were skeptical, but the results were fantastic. Patrick also acted as a buyers agent for our daughter and patiently worked with her for a couple of years before she found the right property and he gave her the best advice which resulted in her offer being accepted over 2 others! He really knows his stuff. I strongly recommend his as either a buyer or sellers agent. He is the best. Janet Cummings

We have known Patrick Saltz for 20 years as he has sold two of our homes. Patrick is the consummate professional--knowledgeable, conscientious, hard-working, courteous. He anticipates any and all difficulties, being pro-active in resolution. He maintains constant contact with the sellers of the homes he lists as well as with prospective buyers. He stays abreast of current federal/state/local laws, economic conditions, and individual neighborhood resale statistics that would have an impact on the sale of a home. We have recommended Patrick to our friends and neighbors, but more importantly, to our daughter and son-in-law.
