About Patrick
A native Houstonian, Patrick was the proud benefactor of one of the greatest mild life crises of all time when his father moved the family to the Vail Valley while Patrick was still in Second Grade. His father went on to become one of the valley’s preeminent luxury home builders; from sweeping construction sites to managing high-end construction projects, Patrick’s in-depth knowledge of the area, the people, and the properties provides an unparalleled perspective in helping you realize your dreams.
After graduating from Vail Mountain School, Patrick attended the University of Richmond in Virginia with a dual degree in Finance and Leadership Studies. Prior to joining Slifer, Smith, and Frampton, Patrick was the Director of Development for a boutique real estate private equity firm. He was directly involved in the development and project sales of nine units in Red Cliff, luxury townhomes in Minturn, a 216-unit RV Park on Colorado’s Western Slope, a 28-acre industrial park at the Eagle County Airport, and the Gypsum Tesla Service Center. Before returning to his home in the Valley, Patrick was a commercial broker at Newmark Knight Frank’s Denver multifamily team, where he was involved in over $1 billion in multifamily investment sales, with a specific focus on Debt and Equity Structuring complex transactions. He also held positions at Colorado Business Bank as an Assistant Vice President.
At the urging of a mentor, Patrick received his real estate license at 19 and started his own real estate brokerage at 24. Given the depth of his local network and his passion for real estate, Patrick has sold over $300M of real estate transactions over his brokerage career. Patrick is an active citizen of Eagle County, a commissioner on the Eagle County Planning Commission, the Singletree Design Review Board, and a ski coach with Ski Club Vail.
Patrick utilizes advanced financial modeling, construction knowledge, and local resources to ensure his clients protect their investments. Patrick’s clients appreciate his local knowledge, 24/7 accessibility, ability to distill complex transactions quickly, and quick wit to help the next generation of Vail residents accomplish their real estate goals.
Patrick lives in Edwards with his wife, Hillary, the Director of Development for the Eagle County Community Foundation, and his children, Ben, age 6, and Sadie, age 2.
