Patrick has served the Long Island City community and local real estate developers since the inception of the condominium market in 2006, giving him the insight and experience, which are necessary to help his clients achieve their real estate goals. Patrick maintains a proprietary database that is dedicated to the Long Island City condominium market. The database is comprised of detailed information on every transaction that has been recorded in Long Island City since 2006. The database also covers the new development pipeline in Long Island City. Patrick publishes comprehensive market reports on the Long Island City condominium market that are truly considered the best in the business. Major stakeholders rely on Patrick’s research and analysis including buyers, sellers, real estate developers, investment partners, construction lenders, consultants, real estate brokers, various city agencies and business journalists. Patrick’s exemplary work in Long Island City has consistently led to major assignments in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Examples of his previous sales in Manhattan and Brooklyn include condominiums on Fifth Avenue, townhouses on Madison Avenue, expansive lofts in SoHo, cooperative residences on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, full floor lofts in Brooklyn and prewar homes in Brooklyn Heights. In 2019, Patrick became the only Long Island City-based agent, in the competition’s 33-year history, to win first place at REBNY’s city-wide Deal of the Year Awards- Patrick represented the buyer of a highly valued property in Manhattan, where the seller was the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Patrick was previously named a Top Manhattan Agent, based on dollar volume, by The Real Deal and he has been recognized as The Corcoran Group’s 2019 Long Island City Salesperson of the Year. Patrick serves on a Queens Committee at REBNY and on the board of the Hunters Point Parks Conservancy. Patrick received an MS in Real Estate Development from New York University and a BA in Urban Studies from Queens College. He is a LEED AP BD+C.
